As Say You Won’t Let Go set the mood for Jasmine and Greg’s intimate, romantic nuptials, their closest friends and families gathered to celebrate this sweet couple. Jasmine and Greg met while Greg was working in Florida. Jasmine has since relocated to Wisconsin, but still has family and friends in Florida. It was incredible to see how many people were able to make it to cold, snowy Wisconsin to celebrate their love story and an exciting new chapter in Jasmine and Greg’s lives.
Jasmine found the perfect setting for their wedding. They had their ceremony in the evening in front of a glowing, cozy fireplace as the waves pushed blocks of ice to shore outside on the shores of Lake Winnebago. There was a grand staircase set to the side that Jasmine and her dad walked down to make her entrance for the ceremony. The large windows brought the beauty of the outdoors in, while the couple and their guests were able to stay warm inside. The sweeping patios and balconies that surround the property allowed guests to step outside, protected from the wind, to take in the beauty of the falling snow.
One of our favorite things about Jasmine and Greg’s big day was that they truly made it their own. They didn’t feel a need to follow traditions just because ‘that’s the way things are done’. They skipped any and all speeches at dinner and didn’t have any sort of garter toss or bouquet toss during the dance. She was able to take a rather large venue and make it feel cozy and intimate as they celebrated throughout the evening and night with those closest to them.
